Bahon অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের নিয়মকানুনRules for using the Bahon app
১. ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী
ইউজারকে অবশ্যই বৈধ ও সঠিক তথ্য (যেমন বাইকের রিডিং, ফুয়েল খরচ, ডকুমেন্ট ইত্যাদি) দিতে হবে। অ্যাপটি ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য; রিভার্স ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, কপি বা অননুমোদিত বিতরণ নিষিদ্ধ।
২. ডেটার নির্ভুলতা ও এআই ডায়াগনসিস
অ্যাপের হিসাব এবং এআই ডায়াগনসিস (যেমন ইঞ্জিন সাউন্ড বিশ্লেষণ বা এআই চ্যাট ইনসাইট) ইউজারের দেওয়া তথ্যের ওপর নির্ভর করে। এআই চ্যাট ও ইঞ্জিন ডায়াগনসিস শুধুমাত্র তথ্যভিত্তিক পরামর্শ প্রদান করে, এটি কোনো পেশাদার মেকানিক পরিদর্শনের বিকল্প নয়। বাইকের মাইলেজ, খরচ বা নির্ণয়ে গরমিল হলে ডেভেলপার দায় নেবে না।
৩. ইন্টারকম ও রাইডার সেফটি
বাহন ইন্টারকম ফিচারটি রাইডিং অবস্থায় যোগাযোগ সহজ করতে ডিজাইন করা হয়েছে। ব্যবহারের সময় অবশ্যই ট্রাফিক আইন মেনে চলতে হবে এবং হ্যান্ডস-ফ্রি ডিভাইস (যেমন ব্লুটুথ হেডসেট) ব্যবহার করতে হবে। বাইক চালানো অবস্থায় অযথা মনোযোগ বিঘ্নিত হওয়ার জন্য ডেভেলপার দায়ী থাকবে না।
৪. স্কোয়াড ম্যাপস ও ট্রিপ ট্র্যাকিং
স্কোয়াড ম্যাপ ব্যবহার করে বন্ধুদের সাথে রিয়েল-টাইম লোকেশন শেয়ার করার বিষয়টি সম্পূর্ণ ঐচ্ছিক ও সম্মতি সাপেক্ষ। এটি কোনো ব্যক্তিকে তার অজান্তে বা অননুমোদিতভাবে ট্র্যাক করার জন্য ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
৫. বাইকার ভল্ট ও ডিজিটাল ডকুমেন্টস
বাইকার ভল্টে আপলোড করা ডিজিটাল ডকুমেন্টস (যেমন ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স, রেজিষ্ট্রেশন) আপনার ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য। আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থা বা ট্রাফিক পুলিশ যদি মূল ফিজিক্যাল কপি দাবি করে, তবে অ্যাপের কপি তা প্রতিস্থাপন করবে না (যতক্ষণ না তা আইনত স্বীকৃত হয়)।
৬. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ডেটা নিরাপত্তা
আপনার ডেটা ফায়ারবেস সার্ভারে শিল্পমান নিরাপত্তা অবকাঠামো ব্যবহার করে সংরক্ষিত থাকে। আমরা ব্যাকএন্ডের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করলেও, আপনার ব্যক্তিগত ফোন, ফাইল বা লগইন তথ্যের সুরক্ষার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব আপনার।
৭. সাবস্ক্রিপশন/চার্জ
বর্তমানে বাহন অ্যাপটি সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি। ভবিষ্যতে কোনো প্রিমিয়াম ফিচার বা এডভান্সড এআই ব্যবহারের জন্য সাবস্ক্রিপশন চার্জ চালু হলে তা স্পষ্টভাবে অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
৮. আপডেট ও পরিবর্তন
ডেভেলপার যেকোনো সময় ফিচার পরিবর্তন, পরিমার্জন বা বন্ধ করতে পারে। ইউজারের দায়িত্ব অ্যাপ আপডেট রাখা।
৯. দায়মুক্তি
সর্বোচ্চ প্রচেষ্টা সত্ত্বেও অপ্রত্যাশিত প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি বা সার্ভিস ডাউনটাইমের ক্ষেত্রে ডেভেলপার সীমিত দায় বহন করবে। অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের ঝুঁকি ইউজার নিজে বহন করবেন।
১০. ডেটা ও প্রাইভেসি
আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত পরিচয় সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে সুরক্ষা করি। বিস্তারিত জানতে আমাদের প্রাইভেসি পলিসি পেজটি দেখুন।
১১. অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলেট
ইউজার চাইলে যেকোনো সময় অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলেট করতে পারেন; ডিলেট হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট সব ডেটা এবং আপলোড করা ফাইল স্থায়ীভাবে সিস্টেম থেকে মুছে যাবে।
১২. আইন ও এখতিয়ার
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।

1. Use of App
Users must provide valid and accurate information (e.g., bike readings, fuel logs, uploaded documents). The app is for personal use only; reverse engineering, copying or unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
2. Data Accuracy & AI Diagnostics
App calculations and AI features (such as engine sound analysis or AI chat insights) are based on user inputs. AI suggestions are advisory only and do not replace professional mechanic inspections. The developer is not liable for mileage, diagnostic errors, or mechanical issues.
3. Intercom & Rider Safety
The Bahon Intercom is designed for convenient on-road communication. Users must comply with local traffic laws and use hands-free audio solutions (e.g., Bluetooth headsets) while riding. The developer is not responsible for any riding distractions.
4. Squad Maps & Location Sharing
Real-time location sharing and trip tracking through Squad Maps are entirely voluntary and based on mutual consent. Using this feature to track individuals without their knowledge or authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. Biker Vault & Digital Documents
Storing digital copies of bike documents (like registration or driving licenses) in Biker Vault is for personal reference only. These digital copies do not replace official physical documents requested by law enforcement, unless explicitly permitted by local regulations.
6. Account & Data Security
Your data is hosted on Firebase servers utilizing industry-standard security infrastructure. While we ensure backend security, users are fully responsible for securing their personal devices, stored files, and login credentials to prevent unauthorized access.
7. Payments
Bahon is currently free. If premium features or advanced AI usage subscriptions are introduced in the future, they will be clearly communicated.
8. Modifications
The developer may modify, improve or discontinue features at any time. Users are responsible for keeping the app updated.
9. Limitation of Liability
Despite our best efforts, the developer shall hold limited liability in cases of unforeseen technical errors, service downtime, or data loss. Users acknowledge that app usage is at their own risk.
10. Data & Privacy
We prioritize the protection of your personal identity. Non-identifiable information may be used in aggregate to improve services. For more details, read our Privacy Policy.
11. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account at any time; upon deletion, all associated data and uploaded files will be permanently removed from our systems.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
