1. Use of App
Users must provide valid and accurate information (e.g., bike readings, fuel costs). The app is for personal use only; reverse engineering, copying or unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
2. Accuracy of Data
Calculations are based on user-provided data. The developer is not liable for inaccuracies due to mechanical issues or incorrect inputs.
3. Payments
If premium features or coupon systems are introduced, they will be clearly communicated. If the app is currently free, that will be stated.
4. Account & Data Security
Your data is hosted on Firebase servers utilizing industry-standard security infrastructure. While we ensure backend security, users are fully responsible for securing their personal devices and login credentials to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Modifications
The developer may modify, improve or discontinue features at any time. Users are responsible for keeping the app updated.
6. Limitation of Liability
Despite our best efforts, the developer shall hold limited liability in cases of unforeseen technical errors, service downtime, or data loss. Users acknowledge that app usage is at their own risk.
7. Data & Privacy
We prioritize the protection of your personal identity. Personally identifiable information (like name, email) is never sold or shared. However, non-personal or aggregated data may be utilized for analysis, marketing, and service improvements. 8. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account; upon deletion, all associated data will be removed from our systems.

১. ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলি (Use of App)
ইউজারকে অবশ্যই বৈধ ও সঠিক তথ্য (যেমন বাইকের রিডিং, ফুয়েল খরচ) দিতে হবে। অ্যাপটি ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য; রিভার্স ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, কপি বা অননুমোদিত বিতরণ নিষিদ্ধ।
২. ডেটার নির্ভুলতা (Accuracy of Data)
অ্যাপের হিসাব ইউজারের দেওয়া তথ্যের ওপর নির্ভর করে। বাইকের মাইলেজ বা খরচে গরমিল হলে, বা যান্ত্রিক ত্রুটির কারণে ভুল তথ্য দেখালে ডেভেলপার দায় নেবে না।
৩. সাবস্ক্রিপশন/চার্জ (Payments)
ভবিষ্যতে কোনো প্রিমিয়াম ফিচার বা কুপন সিস্টেম চালু হলে তা স্পষ্টভাবে জানানো হবে। বর্তমানে যদি অ্যাপটি ফ্রি থাকে, সেটি ইউজারকে জানানো হবে।
৪. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ডেটা নিরাপত্তা (Account & Data Security)
আপনার ডেটা ফায়ারবেস সার্ভারে শিল্পমান নিরাপত্তা অবকাঠামো (industry-standard security infrastructure) ব্যবহার করে সংরক্ষিত থাকে। আমরা ব্যাকএন্ডের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করলেও, আপনার ব্যক্তিগত ফোন বা লগইন তথ্যের সুরক্ষার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব আপনার। ফোন অন্যের হাতে গেলে ডেটা লিকের দায় আমরা বহন করি না।
৫. আপডেট ও পরিবর্তন (Modifications)
ডেভেলপার যেকোনো সময় ফিচার পরিবর্তন, পরিমার্জন বা বন্ধ করতে পারে। ইউজারের দায়িত্ব অ্যাপ আপডেট রাখা।
৬. দায়মুক্তি (Limitation of Liability)
সর্বোচ্চ প্রচেষ্টা সত্ত্বেও অপ্রত্যাশিত প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি বা সার্ভিস ডাউনটাইমের ক্ষেত্রে ডেভেলপার সীমিত দায় বহন করবে। অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের ঝুঁকি ইউজার নিজে বহন করবেন।
৭. ডেটা ও প্রাইভেসি
আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত পরিচয় সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে সুরক্ষা করি। ব্যক্তিগতভাবে সনাক্তযোগ্য তথ্য (যেমন নাম, ইমেইল) কখনো বিক্রি বা শেয়ার করা হয় না। তবে অ্যাপের মান উন্নয়ন, মার্কেটিং ও বিশ্লেষণের জন্য অব্যক্তিগত বা সামগ্রিক ডেটা ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে। ডেটা ব্যবহার ও শেয়ারিং সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানতে আমাদের Privacy Policy দেখুন।
৮. একাউন্ট ডিলেট
ইউজার চাইলে একাউন্ট ডিলেট করতে পারে; ডিলেট হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট সব ডেটা সিস্টেম থেকে মুছে যাবে।

এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
